The awkward questions
What counts as one image?
One finished render of one garment on one model. Re-cropping that render for a different marketplace, or exporting it at another size, is free — you only spend a credit when you generate something new. Regenerating with a different model or pose does count as a new image.
Do unused credits disappear at the end of the month?
They roll over for 30 days, which covers the normal gap between drops. Beyond that they expire. If your production is seasonal and lumpy, tell us during onboarding and we'll set the plan up annually instead so the whole allowance sits in one pool.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade any time and you're charged the difference for the remaining period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle — no cancellation fee, and images you've already generated stay yours to use.
Who owns the images?
You do. Every plan, including the free trial, comes with full commercial usage rights for the renders you generate — product pages, marketplaces, print, paid ads, all of it. We don't watermark output and we don't reuse your garments in our own marketing without written permission.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — 20% off, shown when you flip the toggle above. Annual plans also pool the full year's credits up front, which suits brands that shoot two or three big collections rather than a steady trickle.
How do I pay from India or the Gulf?
Cards, UPI and net banking for Indian customers; cards and bank transfer in the UAE, Saudi and the wider GCC. Enterprise accounts can be invoiced in INR, AED or USD on 30-day terms.
